I saw a video on picking a kensington lock with some cardboard and tried this to see how secure my laptop was, it worked in about 2 seconds but now i am unable to get my key into the slot because the center piece is turned. My question is how do i reset this lock so my key will work in it again? Thnx for any help.

All you need to do is pick it again, this time in reverse. You may find that the piece of cardboard or paper ( I found a post-it note folded in half and rolled worked great ) that you used the first time nop longer works and you have to make a new tube to do it with. In all likelihood by the time you read this you'll have already figured this out. :)

It's on zeke's ftp. It's a .wmv file, and it has Kensington in the name, and that's enough info to find it.
