i've worked on assa/abloy for 13 years inc lock building, just a few questions.... what finish is the padlock chrome or brass?, is there a number stamped on it? in cm how big is it? and is the shackle closed necked or open (sheilded or exposed)?
in answer to your question on how to pick it, your not supposed to although i can tell you its principle is similar to Abus disc and ford tibbe
i must warn you though if this padlock is attached to something that isnt yours you are breaking the law by attempting to open or remove it without the owners consent!!!!!!!!!!!!
the style of key used is abloys old section they now use disclock pro, gold, silver which has a smaller keyway and on average 10 rotating discs
