At the moment the cheapest way to buy a variety of locks is from inexcess. They are currently stocking yale / chubb and some era at cheaper than wholesale. eg a yale cylinder with 2 keys for £2.50. this makes for very cheap practice material.

sorry I have no internet info. They are a firm which buys up bankrupt or end of line stock. All the stock is variable and seasonal but they have had locks for a while now and so cheap. My trade suppliers can not match their prices. There is one in southampton and one in winchester. I do not know if they are all over the country, just lucky to have one close.

i did a quick google search but could not find a list of places they sell from, but if you were able, you could offer a service similar to the one varjeal does and buy a few locks cheap and sell them to members.

i'd do it but i've never heard of them before and i dont think they have anything in my area. i dont have enough money either!
