Weird Tension Wrench?

I purchased my first pick set from south ord MPXS-32 the first picks I ever used were my own homemade set Well with this set It came with a few tension wrenches Well this one im talking about is Long it has a 45 degree bend then a 90 then another 90 What is this zig zaged wrench used for ive used the other ones with the kit with great success and I am just a beginer but I have no clue what this one would be used for. ANY help would be greatly appreciated THANKS in advance.

Tulip wrench, for certain key in know locks that are concave. Schlage is fond of that design on consumer locks.

The zig zag also provides more strength in the wrench so it doesnt bend ezly.
