I would guess it will be deleated in every other section but this one.

If you are talking about the 14 piece set, I would say it's good for a beginner. Thats what I have and it works just fine for me.

In California... it should work just as good as anything else.

I like your "I'll post it everywhere" attitude. It gets you on the good side of all the mods and members.

And no, that pickset is horrible. It's completely useless. Especially in California.

It's not completely useless... but in California he may run into some problems. Because of the climate there locks often gunk up crap and most locksmiths there coat their picks in wax to deal with it, but wax won't stick to those picks very well.
