Very weird thing happened last night.

sounds to me he went to the wrong address and after you didnt answer he thought F**k em and glued your lock thinking you rang to waste his time :D

Nobody mentioned it yet, but if you leave your key in the lock somebody could use a simple tool to turn the key from the outside and open the door. To be on the safe side, it's best not to leave the key in the door like that.

You can also slip some paper under the door, poke the key out of the keyway and pull the paper back through and you've got the key. No tools involved :) ... ok some paper..... :wink:

Some things may be pick proof, but everything can be bypassed....

Doesn't work with doors that are sealed or have very little space between the door and the floor. For obvious reasons.... :roll:
