I haven't tried any of these, but I find having a large selection of tensioners is very very handy. I have 8 and I'm still not satisfied.

I have the Peterson flat 5 and their standard serrated wrenches. The flat 5 are my favorite wrenches.
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

I think it's time for you to go Falle-Safe, Raccoon

I'll second this - once you start using the dual tensioners you'll be addicted - seriously, I think John Falle laces them with heroine. :P

You got me curious when you mentioned that you had 8, so I walked over to my workbench and counted--the Falle-Safe kit comes with 26 tensioners, Raccoon 8) :D

Seems to me we had a member a long time ago that made some nice tools modeled after the Falle adjustable tools. Don't remember who, but some enthusiastic member will likely search it out, link the thread, and claim the title of Search-Fu Journeyman. ;)

No, but I do know what you're talking about. It was Mad Mick that did that, and they were quite nice looking. Haven't seen him on here in quite a bit, anyone in touch with him?

Nope. Mad Mick had a set of double pronged wrenches, but not adjustable falle-style.

I did the Search-Fu myself... it was bembel. Here it is:

Oh yes, and BTW, I did recently have a brief email convo with Mick. He's doing well, and in the mids of relocating back to the UK. I suspect he'll be back in touch once things get settled for him.
