new at picking, took apart Schlage deadbolt, help!

hmm ....




.....hmmm....

Several things come to mind, most of them are not adequate for this forum :wink:

On the other hand I once managed to repin a euro cylinder soly with my picks, tweezers and grips which were modified with a rubber band to function as vicegrips. I won't recommand this to anyone thou, at least unless you have anything more useful to do for the next 5-6 hours.

a paperclip is the only thing I find useful for repinning euro cylinders... works very well :)

...a paper clip is no longer a paper clip if it is bent out of its paperclip like shape .: becomes just a bit of wire.

yeah you're right skold.

What I meant to say was that paperclips are best, because they are readily availible, and easy to shape.

You are totally right, unless you bent it to work as another tool. If so it is no more a pice of wire but becomes the other tool.

Wtf- if you use that as a plug follower you must have got a lot of laughs in the school showers :lol:
