ever watched gone in 60 seconds where he unscrewed the stearing wheel with the club on it, screwed in a new one, and drove away?

that's about how safe a club is. it could be unbrakable, uncuttable, nuclear proof, rust resistant, and whatever else... won't matter becuase the steering wheel is still week and a few snips here and there and the car is at least drivable.

a well placed kick will bypass a club as well, but the fact is that they are not designed for high securety, but for more securety than the car next to it. if you were a criminal, and had the choice to either steal a car thats unlocked, or one that is locked with a club on the wheel, wouldnt you take the easy one?

Depends on what the cars were, and what type of criminal I was. stealing cars to order or nicking them for a joy ride.

But I don't do either. :D
