Yes it is, dont bother with one pin however as its not much use,

The actual kit is a waste of money but the method of building up in pin numbers is the best way you can learn,

The concept is sound, the execution is poor.

I bought one of those sets on sale from SouthOrd for something like $50 a while ago. It's nice for kids and friends to get a feel for picking, but the cylinders included are absolute junk (very sloppy construction) and they nothing like any real world locks.

So, if you want something to entertain guests, it's great because they can build (false) confidence fast. But if you are even a mildly serious hobby picker, don't waste your money, you won't learn anything from it.
