And she'll feel better about it too. HEYO!

Oh, wait...you really were talking about locks. Disregard.

been around a while

Ive been around a while on the forums, and the hook seems to be the one for most people, while I use a modified diamond, with an undercut, this skeletonization will help in the warding. And the only rake I ever use is the bogota. (who'da thunk it)

Half diamond.

You can rake and SPP with the one tool.

That and I first learnt to pick when I was given a spare half-diamond and tension tool from a friend. I didn't realise there were other shape picks for a while

You could also call the half-diamond a triangle or obtuse triangle or Sir Pickles of Dumbwort... your call

Doubt that anyone could... they stopped making those back in 19dickty-do (we had to call it dickty-do cause the Kaiser stole our word for that year).... Basically the pick was declared useless as it tended to break the double-sided wafer locks it was designed for... maybe if ratsmoR were here he could provide a picture or something but it's an oldie... I have an HPC half-diamond that you could hy-jack a plane with

Sorry, I didn't mean it to be directed at you. I meant the post for samfishers. No harm meant in your direction... ;)

I have a form of commercial full diamond pick but just want to see if anyone else has as i know on this thread mentioning a half diamond and full diamond is a mistake due to the op not actually knowing properly lol

UWSDWF: was this pick larger in size than the ball /double ball picks in some sets? I can't see a pick in any form breaking the lock. If anything, i'd think it'd be the other way around.
