LSS is good for technical reference. Those other courses will guide you by the hand on how to do basic locksmith work. I'm not saying buying LSS will make the FB course a cake walk, just that most of the text will seem to be repeats of whats in LSS.
The hands on lab work is a different matter. Knowing how something is done and knowing how to do it are two totally different things.
