no luck with 4 pin padlock

yes, you can rekey these, grind off bumps (rivet things) and pop off top plate, then a similar looking lock to a rep cylinder will pop out. Insert key, turn plug 180, and shake. Pins will fall out. I'm sure someone wrote up an instruction manual on doing this in this site, just search dude.

the rekeyable ones have a screw under the shackle.

unscew it and the core will fall out.

rekey it and re insert it

just another thing to add to that

with the master locks (rekeyable) it said in the description that they are high and maximum security. Do they still pick like a normal pin tumbler? there not serrated or anything are they?
