As the other poster said, get your father, an adult to either A. visit the local locksmith, B. call the company that makes the safe and tell them that he bought it at a public auction and needs a user manual emailed to him, or C. have your father call the number on the sticker, and give some proof of ownership, or at least put an adult voice on the phone. I don't know how old you are, but you said you didnt have much luck calling the number on the front, so they probably thought you were a kid up to no good.

btw, you need both key and combo for this safe.

yeah found that website but cant read Japanese...my oldman rang before and they wont do anything unless we bring the safe in ( is a few hours from where we live)...but even my oldman said he sounded like an !@#%..

just figured out that there are batterys under the keypad...so would there be a by pass of sorts for when the batts run out?..

dont answer if this is going into advanced

When you pick it up, make sure you ask them if there is any info that goes with.

There might be an old operating manual in English, or maybe an employee can help you open it.

I didn't say so. Usually there is a flash memory inside the chips that restores the PIN in case of power running out, so you still need the original PIN or professional help in getting that thing open.
