Why hasn't anyone mentioned using hypodermics to get solvents into locks? Its always dribbling or dabbing. I'm not sure how difficult they are to buy. I used to work a vet clinic, so they never seemed that mysterious. I just searched veterinary supplies and found a couple of sellers. There don't seem to be any restrictions on buying them. A one and a half inch needle should reach to the back of any lock. If plastic ones aren't resistant enough to the solvent, you can always get a reusable glass syringe.
Locks keep honest people honest.
