I am having a lot of fun with this. Although I did notice in the list of Masterlocks that the #140 is supposed to have security pins. I'll have to try it again and see if I can feel them. I may have just gotten lucky the first time...

I have a multilock mortise cylinder that I wrapped in rubber strips and fixed it there with electricians tape, this keeps the threads from chafing my hands and keeps the mortise threads from getting beat up in the lock pile.
I reccommend wrapping any lock you are holding to pick in leather strips or whatever you have if the lock has sharp edges or corners that are making holding it distracting.
