You ordered right on Thanksgiving holiday weekend, where nobody was at work for 4 days, but lots of people were home and ordering stuff online on something called "Black Friday" Please be patient, they have a ton of orders to process, and probably 100 emails just like yours asking where is my order.
They are not a big company like Amazon, they don't have a customer service department, probably just the owner, a worker and maybe a secretary.
Thursday 25th, order placed (Thanksgiving, nobody at work)
Friday 26th, Black Friday, nobody at work, busiest shopping day in America (Black Friday)
Saturday 27th, weekend, nobody at work
Sunday 28th, weekend, nobody at work.
Please be patient everyone, you don't order online and expect next day delivery with confirmation emails from customer service, not unless you order from ebay, amazon or maybe newegg.com
