Try a google search next time before you tell someone you haven't heard of a brand and don't get bent out of shape when someone reminds you the world doesn't revolve around America.

we're all lockpickers here, I don't have time for attitude.

Oh get off your high horse. It was a simple question that I was asking to help him. Apologies if I don't have time to search for every lock manufacturer - sort of like how you don't have time for attitude. Don't be a double standard.

Play nice now both of you.

And Confederate- next time try google'ing the lock type (ILS bullet bolt) - the first result IS the lock in question.

That's like saying, "GOOGLE SCHLAGE". Sure, I might hit on his KIK (hypothetical) first result but really? It was an honest question to help him. I'd still like to see pictures before I render advice.

Thats what spoils this site, most topics go off on a tangent into the typical 'keyboard warrior' argument....

lighten up and stay on topic FFS

To the original poster: Pm me some proof that your not about to empty the contents of someones shop and il give you some clues on how to remove these without a key ;-)

trying to take the lock out after I roll the shutters up, thanks.

Careful Rick lol. Did you read the above because it doesn't make sense to me.

Bullet locks are solid one-piece bolts. The whole thing slides through the housing on the shutter and the 'bullet shaped' end locates in a mortise behind the shutter to prevent the shutter being raised. The spring-loaded and/or key operated pin on the cylinder barrel prevents the bolt from being withdrawn from the housing until the key is used (or the lock is picked/bypassed) to retract the pin.

So a question to the OP: how can you roll the shutter up with the bullet lock still in place?

Cheers...
