raimundo's suggestion of antique stores is a good bet - or garage/boot sales/flea markets. At the end of the day if you just want to lock and unlock it (rather than source a key so that you can sell the case 'in working order'), you could probably make up something from a paper clip or bobby pin with a bit of trial and error - it's likely a single lever.
