Yes this lock is harder, and maybe a little more well built then most padlocks I have played with. That said, I had a issue with accidently bending pins. If this is the same company did you get one of those square barcode scanner links to a facebook page? If so did you find where the "how to pin" your lock was? I have the basic idea, but I couldn't find the link they were talking about, but half of the good stuff is blocked here so it might be plain as day for you. Also did you get the A-1 pick set with it? If so we got the same thing, and I gotta admit while the picks are great for beginners (flexiable and less likely to break) they drive me nuts.

Regardless to answer your question I can pick 5 pin padlocks no issue, but 3 pins on this, and it gets tricky vs a padlock. Might be how I am holding it.

Hey guys, the link they were talking about on re pinning is tricky. You have to go there and LIKE a page or picture to get access to it. I was skeptical, but it does literally pop up when you find picture of link they are talking about. It's just the one that says "like us to get access" or whatever. You can immediately unlike them later after you print it out if you don't want stuff cluttering your news feed etc.
