B&Q is fine, but it tends to be very expensive, the locks will be too expensive to start with and they may be a little hard to pick. you will probably find that if its your first lock you will destroy it anyway, so its best not to buy anything too expensive.

Be careful about cheapo locks. I understand that sometimes the locks from China have security pins to compensate for the poor manufacturing tolerances.

Remember the mantra: "Cheap doesn't always mean easy to pick!"
