Re-key it to a tougher bitting? Pick more pin tumbler locks? Buy a Sargent cylinder. That should keep you busy for a while.

I bought a Sargent cylinder off ebay. When I got it, could open it in no time flat... it was 0 bitted across the entire cylinder!
Moral: be careful what you bid on!

haha nice that is the best explination of 0 bitting ever I was thinking "all the keypins are the shortest possible length" or some mechanical answer... but that is perfect lol.

It just seemed the simplest explanation.
I also considered "nobody has chewed on it."

I have a few of those, but its all pinned to 1's (but everyone refers to it as 0.. heh) Just a few quick swipes with the file, and the keyblank magically opens the lock!

Hrm. From what I understood, I thought that the "number" of the smallest pin varies from one manufacturer to the next (and, on occasion, from one key style to the next)? The pinning charts I have, for example, show that a number of manufacturers (Schlage, Best, Yale) start with 0 for their smallest pin, while others (Sargent, Kwikset, Medeco) start with 1.

It does and you're correct. To add to the confusion there's also ASSA who starts with a 9 (smallest pin).

Well that makes those ASSA "999" bumpkeys easier to cut, now doesn't it?

Go to a locksmith shop, ask them if they have any used or new Sargent Kik cyclinders (key in Knob) tell them to pin it up with a key. Should be free or a few bucks shouldn't charge you much for pins or the lock.
