It's easy. All you have to do is change the laws of physics.
Nothing is so embarrassing as watching someone do something that you said couldn't be done.

No Problem.

Well, maybe a little one.

Who do I make the appeal out to?

It seems you did not read the entire thread. The point of the thread was to find a clever way to locate dropped springs.

And the point of putting it in the lock was to see if it would hur the lock or not.

Back in the day this is what every thread was like,

Now someone sees more than 3 replies and decides to start a new one as they cant be bothered reading,

If you have a massive problem with dropping springs you could use a magnetic tray used in garages etc,

Ive no reason to lock the thread,

If it breaks the rules it will get locked and maybe removed but until then its not an issue lol

Saying that if you look carefully (it will have to be very closely as i dont do that many  ) you will see one of the ones ive already locked up of which you can try and pick away  I must warn you however that they are unpickable :P

now clearly the thing to do is make your own pins with a uv reactive pigment in the brass, i'm sure one of the uv reactive minerals could be powdered and added with minimal trouble.

of course one could also use radium, but then if you loose a pin, or the cat eats one you've got a bigger problem.

i know shrub i was just joking, and you know it could be done
so that said, i heard somewhere that zinc is UVable so if it is somewhat safe(i know everything causes cancer) it could be used. But that brings us right to the point of....will it be costly, will it kill ur lock/key, will it basicly be practical. So if anyone knows any minerals that are UV list them and where one may obtain said mineral. THNX
