the biaxial medeco has chisel point bottom pins, in which the chisel points are not centered over the axis of the pin, but offset. this may mean that there are two possible pins for each cut depth, an offset left and an off set right. I do not know if the sidebar finger slot is also offset just a bit to make it that much more specific.
It was the older medecos that had the chisel points centered, I don't think they still make those.
