This may be a stupid question (and feel free to smack me upside the head if the answer is obvious) but when searching the forums, is there a way to search on a phrase? I've tried putting the phrase in quotes, but it still treats each word seperately.

You can use
and
between words for example
master and lock
or
how and to and pick and yale and locks

But yes as toomush said most use the extra search bars available on the net and most like the google one.

Linking the terms of your phrase with AND will get you pretty close. You can also google for:
inurl:lockpicking101.com "Your Phrase"
no need for any toolbars
this will help when you intend to do advanced searches:

I would use the google toolbar if they had it for linux.

I never thought about actually using google to search here though. That's how I found this site in the first place. I'll just have to remember how to use google to search this site specifically.

Thanks!!
