I am extremely new to lock picking... I have lost the key to the Ford padlock on my barn in which I keep my truck... I already had to call off work today and I would like to not have to do the same tomorrow... Can some one please tell me the easiest way in which to pick this lock?

a lock smith really isn't an option for me... If possible I would like some way to pick it that wouldn't destroy it... If worse comes to worse I guess it would be my only choice..

I think if you really want to learn to pick locks you should take some time and learn. I wouldn't suggest learning how to pick it at this point. you have already missed a day of work. learning to pick a lock takes time. do you have lock picks? or home made stuff?

My suggestion, find the key fast or cut it off with those huge cutter things meant for cutting huge metal things like locks and such.

look the only way here is to cut it off unless you can learn how to pick locks in one night. which isnt going to happen so bite the bullet and call a lockie or cut it off. your only other avenue is by pass techincs which are not posted in the open fourm. try a pop can shim or two paper clips....
search
