ordered a quantity of tools that proved to be acceptable quality, the 7 pin dimple pick was excellent as is the car kits, sadly the mul t lock kits do not fit the uk sections.
on the whole i recieved goods from singapore within 7 days of paying for order, no complaints at all.

Someone was going to import from them a while back. I forget who it was, but I have not heard back from them in months.

Yeah, I was talking to him about becoming a dealer in the USA, but his wholesale prices were way too high to make it worthwhile. I referred Barrett Brockhage to the company also and he agreed that the prices were too high as is.

Funny...I just had that exact same experience...hmmm..I guess he doesn't know what "wholesale" means.

Unfortunately, I don't think he's going to budge on it either. He seems to have a set expectation of what kind of profit margin he makes, and he doesn't want to dip below that threshold. I've given up on him.

How bad are the prices?
And, of course, they are giving you the price in USD or CD instead of Singapore dollars right?

Is it just me or has the website been down for ages?

Well, retail prices are OKAY compared to the alternatives but wholesale prices are horrible. Normally, there is a SIGNIFICANT price drop down from retail to wholesale. There's not much of a drop at all with his products. I really wouldn't be able to discuss any finer details since they are business related, but you're more than welcome to try asking him yourself.

No, you're not. He doesn't seem to have this prices posted publicly, which is very fishy if you ask me. Just send him an email and he'll reply back within a day or two.

Well ive had 3 differant price lists sent to me by other members and i myself got a differant one, i said the prices werent that great wholesale and he came back with another list that was even cheaper, it seems to me that they are made up on the spot depending where you live.
You also have to ask 2 or 3 times before you can get a price list for the whole lot, he normally replies with which products do you want a list for then just gives you a price for those.

Yeah, not really business practices that give you a "warm, fuzzy feeling".
