It wont take you long to just try each combination, as its your lock time isnt an issue, right?

the suitcase ones are usually terribly easy, is it one of those?

if you have something flat and thin you will notice that you can slide it in beside the number only if it's on the right one.

It is the type of locker you would find in a gym locker room...you know the one with a dial and you turn it right then left then right again and the horseshoe latch on the top will open. It is my lock...i bought a safe which had a key lock on it but i didnt think it was strong enough so i drilled a hole in the safe and put this lock on...i forgot the combo i've tried cutting it but there is not enough room for me to fit the giant scissor inside the arch of the lock....does anyone know how i can pick it??

Thanks

Questions:
what flat, thin thing can we use?
must it be metal? Can we use plastic or thick paper?
a CD disc would work
how about a coin?
how about a razor blade?

Also, do we slip it in to the left or right of the number dial?

Think thinner and stronger.

Snippy, Arn't we? Any Hoo, I am not too convinced that it is your lock, but I will tell you this. Preform a search on this site, and you will find some information. Manipulating It isn't going to be a walk in the park for you, thats for sure. My suggestion is to Grind it off, burn it off (Thermite  ), or bang the shi* out of it with a sledge hammer. This is all as long as you own the lock. Good Luck!

I think the above post says it all but just to add i dont think any of the regulars beleive its your lock but instead of flames we have said sit there and try all the combos as that will open the lock but keep you there long enough so if its not your lock you will get caught.

To the noobs that have answered halfway what to do by posting about flats then just think what your doing, showing off knowledge doesnt cut it on here.

To the OP yes most of us know how to pick these locks, they are easily defeated by various means, if you take time to read the site you will find these means.

Alright, thanks i will look further into picking this lock. The thing is that the locker has numbers from 1-50 and i do not want to try every combo.

Thanks

So it's a lock with a spin dial.

You don't 'pick' these... at all.

You could try every combo.

You could read this site to find out some ways they can be opened.

If you had read the site you'd no-longer need to ask questions, especialy ones which indicate that it's OBLIGATORY to try every combo.
