I Have 4 Padlocks here I've been working on but I really need some more locks...
I looked around and locks4less.com I think it was had some master lock cores for about $3 each
I guess that's an ok price but I was wondering if anyone knew of any place that had locks for even cheaper...

6 pounds is more than $3. No, I haven't seen locks for any cheaper than $6, unfortunately. You'll never beat $7 on ebay because shipping alone is generally around $7. The best you can do is visit your local locksmiths and ask them about getting their throw-away locks.
Remember also, as you get better, those $3 locks aren't going to be much of a challenge. Unfortunately, you might actually have to put down $15 for a quality lock (through ebay, most likely).

Yes but 12 cylinders for 6 pounds works out to about $1 per cylinder.

Sorry I cant use eBay
They have blocked me from buying and or selling for 4 months now because they simply su**...
I was selling and they put a temporary ban on my selling only...I got an email asking for a bunch of personal info and I though it was a fake....I didn't give the info and they blocked everyone in the house within the week...
They never told me why they blocked me until a month after that as well
I just sent the info in 2 weeks ago and today they said I didn't send anything and added more info to send on that list,.....
Did you know you can pay eBay $10 to get a neg. feedback taken away?
Crazy!!!!
eBay causes 80% of the problems on eBay and nobody can go against them because they are too big and powerful now...

In my experience eBay and PayPal don't take punitive actions unless there is something suspicious going on. If they suspended you for 4 months, there had to have been some reason they thought you were up to no good. Hopefully you get it worked out.

Also, I'm fairly certain that negative feedback is permanent. Do you have any supporting links that say you can feedback removed for a fee?

I thought that you could retract feedback from e-bay if both parties agree to it, but I could be wrong.
No i can't spell, and yes i'm dyslexic.

You are right, if you look at your own eBay feedback (or even someone elses) you'll notice it keeps track of these mutually withdrawn feedbacks. I assume they do this so you'll at least have an idea that it happened.
