Hey, im pretty new to lockpicking and just have discovered and interest in it. I've tried to pick locks at home using homemade picks and a very scrony tension tool. I'm not even sure if im doing it right. To my knowledge, the "Snake" pick i created is supposed to be insertered into the lock and then a tension is supposed to be used to turn the whole keyhole as if you were turning a key....is that right?? Also, how am i supposed to know how many pins the lock has??....Well, since my homemade picks keep breaking, i've decided to buy a 20 piece lock pick set from lockpickshop which contains 4 tension and 16 picks...should i buy it??its $45 the set also comes with a visual cd guide...
Thanks
