What is the advantages of being a Certified Registered Locksmith ?

If you live in a small town without another locksmith, you can make some money. :)

Because depending on your area... uncertified, unregistered locksmiths get legal hassles.

"Certified" and "Registered" can mean anything or next to nothing. "Advantages" isn't really what it's about -- what it's about is having whatever's necessary to legally operate in your area. Anything additional is usually just something like membership in a trade organization (ALOA) or something peripheral like bonding.

There is a lot of locksmiths that do every thing a CRl does that have no certification. Thats why i was wondering why it was important to be certified
