hi folks, my HPC pickgun just arrived so my question for today folks is .... ive just tried it on a euro cylinder in a door, but .... the blade is soooo tight when inside the lock, ive tried every angle to get a bit of "play" but im struggling, is this common ? thanks

you should have no problem with yale keyways they are usually no problem with the hpc pick, i think the only locks i have come accross with tight keyways are iseo and asec.

Its a good idea to thin the blades slightly with a file, or alternatively order the Wendt blades. These are a lot thinner and you will be able to open more with them.
The HPC should fit in a Yale strait off though, experiment with the angle to get round the warding
