I read something in another thread and had too dedicate some of my best sucsess's while sitting on the crapper. Now come on fellas you know when your on there especially after a nice burrito or some bad chip dip, magic happens with opening locks, its like a lock pickers thrown.
Tell me you all have had some good picks on the crapper
Andy

Yes, I have done it! I've sat on the throne until my legs went numb.
It is far better to remain silent and be thought of as stupid, rather than opening your mouth and removing all possible doubt.

I don't think I could do that... I'd always worry I'd drop something in... Mostly I stick to reading on the can.

Thanks LockNewbie21 for starting a thread on this, I was always wondering if other people did this.
When ever I go to the bathroom, I always grab a lock to bring with me. I was having a realy hard time with an American Brand lock and bam, she opened right up while I was on the john. I've been too scared to try this lock again for fear of failure.
I frequesntly find myself spending extra time just so I can get a lock open before I leave.
Well, heres my sucess story.
P.S.- We all have done it at some point so just be honest and forthcoming with the truth!

Offtopic, but nevertheless... seen in a pub toilet stall:
"Anyone can pee on the floor. Be a hero, crap on the ceiling."
It actually was a sticker, I suppose it was in each stall, put there by the owner. Wonder if it worked...

Do you guys share these "potty locks" with your picking buddies? If so, do they know where the locks they are picking have traveled to?
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

I'll admit. I've done it a few times. If I bring one with me and get it open like, 5 times, I start looking around for locks in the stall.
