Ebooks... this shouts copywrite infringement...
I remember the Steve Hampton books have been ripped off, and you may NOT post them on this site since they shouldn't be available free of charge anyway. List the titles and we'll see.
I think you've got all of thos templates from Locksport Archives, the site owned by our very own Zeke79. No need to post them here since we all know where to find them.
Oh yeah.. if you got the Ebooks from P2P I'm willing to bet they're stolen, and barring the MIT guide should not even exist in PDF format.

Yup, that's all a mishmash of the stuff that's floating around the web. Most of it is illegally reproduced/distributed, so let's not go posting it here.

No worries I wont be posting them or emailing them to anyone, I found them pretty easy enough so if anyone is that desperate they can go find them.
All makes VERY interesting reading though, I'd like to hear anyone elses comments on said books. Some of the pictures in them makes things I was unsure on ALOT more clear

Alot of the templates and such are from my site but the books are not. Just wanted to make that clear before anything was said about it.
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

Secrets of Lockpicking is from the '70s I believe. Truth be told, that's one of the first things I read regarding lockpicking and what got me interested in the hobby. Except he talks of using a safety pin as his first hook, something not exactly recommended here.
What is the number of years required for a book to go public domain (US/UK)? Anyone know the law? I've seen that book serveral places online which makes me think it is no longer copyright protected.

The books and templates and from various web sites and zip files, no torrents
Zeke79, the template for the American Tension Tool, is that OK to post here?
I have some questions about changing the design.
(also for future reference what about the other templates?)

I would honestly prefer you didn't. The only reason is that this stuff has shown up on some questionable sites in the past which is why my new site is setup the way it is.
I really cannot stop you from hosting and posting some of them but many of them i am the original author they are actually my material.

Thats ok Zeke79 I fully understand and respect that (I'm a graphic designer and had a few pictures used without my consent and know how annoying it can be even if its a little thing)
As I said I've had some ideas on modding the american tension tool, would you mind if I PM'd you with them regarding posting and discusion?

Hah I forgot about that one, it's the article in wired about the Dutch Open in 2004, if you read through the article which you can find at the Wired website, so your reading it from them and not having it republished illegally(hopefully I'm following forum rules on this if not, discipline the heck outa me. )
If you go to the second page, and see American College Student against French Commando, that's me, the student not the commando, though since I'm french canadian(partially) I can see the discrepency hehehe.
Anyway I asked the author Graber to not put my name in while I was at the event with the people there.

But yeaaaah fond memories.
