This might fall under Advanced forums but since its a quick question i decided to ask.

Thanks.

*tosses out 50 vespa keys*

My brother owns a Vestpa (a pink vespa. hehe) and there was a promotion at bell where you get a new cell phone and they give you a key to a vespa well it was the end of it and they had a bunch of keys left so they gave me 30ish. If anyone has any idea's on what to do with them please let me know.

There are uses for the keys, in some ways similar to bumping but not quite. [Most] cars use wafers, so springing them "above the shear line" doesn't quite work, as there are no top pins, and either end of the wafer can block the shear line.

I won't go into detail here about how to make these keys useful, but you can find a similar item in this catalog on page 11.

Time to lock this one I think  .
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!
