Advice on Next Lock to Buy

Postby airbus001 » 22 May 2006 12:55

I can already pick this http://consumer.schlage.com/products/ProductDetail.asp?styleID=32&functionID=21&finishID=8 lock with my eyes closed. Which lock do you suggest I should buy to practice picking on; do you think I can pick a regular six pin PRIMUS. It seems that my local Home Depot does not sell any locks more secure than this.

Thank You for any advice you may give.

Repin what you own now.

The local hardware store you won't find anything much harder, I would buy a kit with security pins. I would add one spool pin then a few more then some serrated pins. A Schlage with a few serated pins, spool pins and a nasty high low will improve your skills very fast.
