Do you have a key? Does the lock have a sidebar (which you could tell from the key)?
Some EVVA locks do have all top pins (well.. I'd rather call them core-pins as I only know euro EVVAs) serrated. Maybe that is a small help...?

You can repin it,
To disxmantle it look for a guide by SJ or infact i think was it wrenchman that did a guide on an oval lock, they are both stickied anyway,
Can you also please reduce your sig to the size stated int he rules, to help you along this means no bigger than 80 pixels high including any text you may want to add, im sure i mentioned this to you on your last sig but i could be wrong,

I think you could also use my guide when repinning that lock. It seems to be a half oval profile, so getting the plug follower in should be fine.
Maybe I'm not looking at it right though, but looks like it would.

The ring is irrelevant.
*Something* is stopping the plug from coming out when the key is inserted. Whatever is preventing this needs to be removed, whether it be a circlip, a pin, or whatever the heck else.
