Dudley locks? I hope you aren't trying to breaking into lockers. Anyways, you can't shim a dudley lock because of the way it locks.
If all fails, use nitroglycerine.

Double Ball Mech. Forget it.
If its at school, the school will have your combo on file (every school i know of does this for security reasons)
Your best bet, talk to the principal or head of that area in your school for assistance.
If its not in school please do this, if yu can't you wont recieve help.
Post a photo of the lock and what its on.. you may receive help possibly.

sweet, now i'm going to have that song in my head...
Another reason for people to think im nuts at work whilst I sing it... niiiicccce!
Oh and as for the original poster, here is a shim for you, very simple to use and works on dudleys.
:::::WARNING THIS IS SO ADVANCED IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN POSTED IN THIS FORUM:::::
Also useful for beating the jack@ss who is trying to shim your lock open. So when you are done with it please hand over to the guy you trying to steal from so he can use it too.

I was singing that darn song last week while I was picking a lock. The lady was giving me some funny looks let me tell ya. Don't feel bad, it happens to everyone. If you are lucky and do it really well, you'll have it stuck in everybody else's head by the end of the day, and that can be really fun.
I liked the hammer idea, I'll have to remember that one.

this one is more effective and you can use it against the guy who was shimming the lock.

If all fails, use nitroglycerine.

Actually, Its not double double ball mech, Its a rotating circular piece of metal, kinda cool really.
And Romstar, what I meant by that was that after my 1 year on the site, and the 11 pages on my shim making guide thread, I've never heard of anyone needing a shim template.
