In real basic terminology its when two pins set at very different levels. The closest one to you sets a lot higher that the one behind it. This makes it diffucult to set the next one wothout touching the first. Hopefully you understand what i just said. I confused myself writing it...8)

OMG OK SO A HILO COMBO IS WHEN YOU GOT THE PINS GOING LIKE '|'|' WHERES THEY ARE HIGH PINS BEHIND LOW PINS (AMERICAN MOUNT) AND IT GETS DIFFICULT TO PICK THOSE HIGH PINS BECAUSE THE LOW PINS GETS IN THE WAY AND GETS PUSHED UP BY YOUR PICK MESSING EVERYTHING UP!

HOWEVER THERE IS HOPE! IF YOU GOES TO THIS ADDRESS YOU CAN PICKS UP PICKS THAT WILL DO THE JOB RITE!

o right... if youve never picked a lock i suggest that you use only the hook for the first week or so.Other wise you will pick up a horrible tendency to rake things open. Read around and practise. Just dont practice on locks you rely on because you will break some locks, and its beter if theyre not on ur front door.
