Plz Help problem

ok WHen i pick a pin i apply tension to the wrench to keep tht pin in place but when i try to pick the rest of the pins they wont go up because the plates are overlaped and the only way to pick the rest of them is to release the tension but when i do so the pin i just pick falls down plz help.

read db's guide and/or the MIT guide....
kinda sounds like security pins to me.... might not be...

If you are using so much tension that you cant move pins it's WAY to much, try lighter tension.

well Davy, looks like a kwikset knock off to me....

The problem you are describing is a lack of expierence and practice....

if you have read db's guide then try his practise suggestion of reducing pins......

yeh i cant seem to open it up to take pins out otherwise i would

Rake the hell out of it... it'll open

j/k keep playing with it, i'm sure with a little luck you'll pop it and when you do repin it to something easier and follow DB's guide.

Ohhhh... a HORSE lock, eh? This is how you pick these...

First you pick 1 pin and you get an H.
Then you pick 2 pins and you get an HO.
After 3 pins you get an HOR.
.. And so on.

maybe your not picking them in the right binding order.

try less tention......

maybe one of those spring tension tools. the one that grabs the top and bottom of the key way, its helps sometimes.
