Just got an SouthOrd E100HO Eletric Pick

Well, I got one today from SouthOrd, and I accidently took the screw off ( the hex screw which tightens the pick needle, and now when I try to screw it back on it doesn't screw in all the way.

Heres a pic of my E100HO along with an improvised ep:

But ya, if any one could help me that'd be very nice..
