looking for information on a bypass or instructions to make an electromagnetic pulse to crack it

I have seen like 2 magnetic padlocks in my life one of them used a "key" that fit a grove in the side of the lock the other one used a "key" that fit on the bottom of the lock. I know about 10 years ago me and a friend opened one right up using a hand held bulk tape eraser but the "key" wouldn't open the lock after that. On a side note I like your "gone wild" lockpicking videos on youtube.
