If it can't ask this here, lapidate me !!!I've just disassembled a medeco(not m3).When i took out the plug, these half moon metal inserts came out of the lock!!?? What are those?

Uhm, i'm not so sure they are mate...
By the sound of it, you're talking about the spacer/washer that holds the plug in place at the back of the lock.
Does it look more like a horseshoe than a half moon?

No, UWSDWF is right. They are anti drill plates and slip inside the face of the lock in front, not back.

I just looked in The complete book of locks and locksmithing. From the picture there I would say USDFWF was correct. They are anti-drill plates.

No it's a mortise cylinder,the cam hold the plug in place.Did you mean a circlip for a KIK??

medeco's don't use circlips... not even on their KIK (the tail has a plate that screws on)
anyway NIC's problem...
insert the key turn 45º and pull (use plug follower as nessicary) if this is not original to you careful as it maybe mastered pinned and sometimes them wafers get all jammed up.
