Master lock #1

Yes another Master lock thread. I did use the search button.

Is there a trick to picking the Master #1. I have been trying for 4 days now with no luck. When I first got the lock I picked it 7-8 times, I did it in seconds. Now I can't get it open. I don't have a key.

I am useing a hook pick.

no trick just make sure you clean the pins and lube it up.That usally the reason it dont pick easily due to sticky pins,hope this helps

If you did it in 7-8 seconds once or twice, it stands to reason that (barring any physical damage/excessive wear you may have put on) it can still be done (even by you! ) in 7 or 8 seconds.

My money's on mental state. Take a few breaths and relax, or failing that, set it aside a few days and go back to it.
