I ordered a MPXS-14 set from lockpickshop.com just over a week ago, got my uncle to use his paypal account to pay for it. In the mean time I've been making a few picks of my own, with decent success...

Anyway, I've been checking my LPS account and the USPS tracking number they emailed my uncle, and the order is still pending.

The availability of the set is "available" (as distinct from "available for immediate shipping"), does that mean it's just gonna take a while, or could there be a problem?

I'm a noob to both picking and online buying, so just bin this thread if I'm just being impatient...

Paypal takes longer. Did you check paypal to see if the order is complete? Sometimes it takes days for paypal to transfer the money. Any further questions should be directed to lockpickshop customer service. Heres the number. (978)441-9595

He said that payment had been accepted so I'm guessing it's on it's way at least...

And thanks for the number, though I'm gonna wait another week before calling customer service international

Oh, btw, awesome forum, it's been really helpful, only hope sometime I might have some relevant input to give lol.

Just be patient and they will come soon. Lockpickshop.com states on their website: "Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery."
I'm from australia and i was actually quite surprised how quickly my picks came from them. I received them in just under a week.

Can you please tell me where it says on this forum 'Lockpickshop.com customer service'? if you can do that ill have it sorted out,

Because whenever theres an inpatient noob wanting his picks he makes a new post on here (ill just put this one with the other 100 or so shall i?) asking us whats happening??!?!

We are not Lockpickshop.com customer support, if you have concerns i suggest contacting the company your having those concerns with, if you feel you would be mythering them by doing that then what makes you think you should come here and do it to us instead?,

This sort of thread is posted 10 times more often as bumkey threads and its starting to grate a little
