alot of people post alot of questions on the legality of carrying picks i always carry picks and i have been arrested for having them on my person i have never done anything illegal with them and never will....they are not illegal in my state but none the less there is always that ignorant cop that hates all teenagers always check your states laws first but if everything is legal and you get lucky like me you'll get your picks back with a letter of apology from the sherrifs department
