Is this site beaing upgraded?

My brower keeps saying page cannot be displayed. It takes almost 30 seconds for the page to load. If not upgrading how about it ? I am willing to contribute. There are alot of members and I dont know if this site makes any money but ill contribute if it doesnt. Any thoughts on that idea?

I don't know of any upgrades being done however this site is virtual hosted on a server with quite a few different sites (111 that I know of). This slow site behavior we've been seeing lately is likely an intensive script running on some other domain eating up resources and thus timing out the lp101 pages.

If its OKed by a mod I'll post the domain list however I'll warn that some of the domains being hosted contain adult content and the like.
