TX Public Safety requires that locksmith hold a state lockie lic and that any such materials be serviced and sold by those with and to those with lic>>>>>

eat steak... oh and i heard about this titty bar that you bring your own beer to... you basically show up with a cooler of beer and then chill there... I think they charge a cover or something....

That is the case in most places. The law states "with intent". Picking locks at home will not get you into trouble. Unless you pick your front door lock and mess it up :wink:

So your saying that I can't pick "my" own front door legally? Its my door, so how is that illegal?
