Now this lock, no.140, has brought me pure frustration and so i looked up the lock and found out it has spool pins. I have figured out the spool pin is the last pin in and this is where my problem lies. I get the false set, push up the first 3 pins and then as i try to push up the spool pin way at the back the rest of my pick is pushing up the key pins past the shear line (i think)....as a result i have not been able to spp the lock yet. I'm using a small hook from the pxs-17 set. Any tips are appreciated.
...and I realize i need way more practice and i shouldnt expect miracles in a day but this lock is killing me
...ive beat the no.140 once using random raking but it didnt really feel like i accomplished anything.
