If upgrading and you do this for a living, check out the borkey machines. Very spending but it will be the last duplicator you will ever have to buy. They simply do not wear out. The bravo machines are also very nice.
Right now if I bought a new one it would be a borkey if I had the money (you can buy a nice code machine for the price of the borkey machines) but in reality I would likely buy a bravo III or an hpc trace a key.
I have an ilco 040 and it is a nice machine but there are definately much nicer machines out there. The ilco has served me well for a couple years or so now but I'll likely be upgrading that machine next. I just picked up my dream code machine the other day so it is time to upgrade duplicators sometime soon.
